My plane ticket said Washington DC, and on September 20th, I boarded the plane. It’s 28 days later, and my stay in DC is nearing its end. Of course, it wouldn’t be life unless each day brought with it new thrills and excitement. Usually, it starts at noon to the sound of something breaking and ends after 1 o’clock in the morning with me trying (and/or failing) to fix it. In the course of this day, I do a little exercise, some reading, or maybe edit a new video. This goes on until around five in the afternoon when I head to the Ellipse of the White House to set up for the evening: worshiping our Creator and streaming it onto live webcast on www.davidstentdc.org from 7 pm to 9 pm EST. Then, after this webcast, I begin my nighttime shift from 7 PM to 1 AM as my associates and I worship Jesus through the night. By the end, we are all droopy-eyed and ready to crawl in bed so that we can start the glorious cycle over again.
Life is insane, but He always provides the grace I need to get through each day.
